Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the Coravin system and accessories securely in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorised courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
